We take great pride in all our food, and cakes and scones are baked daily by Michael and Lynn, using organic free-range eggs and premium ingredients. We use Segafredo Italian-roasted coffee beans for a rich, warm coffee, and all our teas are Clipper Organic Fairtrade using unbleached tea bags.

Our fresh soups have no flour, dairy or other artificial thickeners, and to avoid any unnecessary additives, all bacon, sausages and fillings for our freshly made sandwiches are cooked and prepared in our kitchen. We even had our local bakery develop a special low-GI wholegrain bread for our sandwiches!
