We take great pride in all our food, and cakes and scones are baked daily by Michael and Lynn, using free-range eggs and premium ingredients. All our milk is organic, as we believe it results in smoother latte or cappuccino and a tastier cup of tea. We use Segafredo Italian-roasted coffee beans for a rich, warm coffee, and all our teas are Clipper Organic Fairtrade using unbleached tea bags.

Our fresh soups have no flour, dairy or other artificial thickeners, and to avoid any unnecessary additives, all chicken, ham and bacon is cooked in our kitchen. We even had our local bakery develop a special low-GI wholegrain bread for our sandwiches!
